The 3^rd Annual CEDEP conference is scheduled for this spring, to take place as usual in downtown Warsaw. CEDEP has established a solid place on the calendar of real estate professionals active on the Polish market. CEDEP 2005 gets going May 18^th with an entertaining gala dinner on the eve of the conference, followed the next day with four discussion panel featuring top market players and personalities.

The schedule of panels this year will be full, as many of the prime property sectors are undergoing serious change as the Polish economy continues to grow and the effect of EU accession is becoming apparent. The Warsaw market is still seen as lagging behind the other Central European capitals in many areas, but the regional cities are finally starting to attract serious interest from investors. Moreover, there’s a growing realization that in the long-run, Poland will take its role as the most important market in the region. For those serious about property in Poland, CEDEP provides an ideal venue for the exchange of information and experiences, but it’s also an extremely useful networking opportunity.
