Kazimierz Kirejczyk belongs to the group of leading Polish experts on the residential market. He is co-founder and President of REAS Konsulting: one of the oldest and highly evaluated Polish, independent consulting firms, specializing in advisory services for all types of residential developers, including market research, feasibility analyses, project finance real estate appraisals, housing issues in revitalization processes and strategic consulting.

He played an active role in supporting the birth and growth of the private residential development sector working from 1991 – 1997 in the Housing Finance Project Office created by The World bank and Government of Poland, where he directed the team of consultants working with the developers in the preparation of housing projects.

Mr. Kirejczyk has delivered numerous lectures and presentations on the residential market, housing finance and development. He has appeared as a guest expert on numerous television and radio broadcasts dealing with the housing market and finance, and is frequently consulted by print journalists writing on the topic.
