Guy Speir BSc. (Hons), is a Director of Leasing and Marketing, Central Eastern Europe at Quinlan Private Golub.
He joined the company in early 2005 assuming responsibility for existing commercial projects in Central Eastern Europe.
In Warsaw, Poland, he leads the leasing teams assigned to International Business Center and Wisniowy Business Park (Building F).
He also oversees the Forum Gliwice, Galeria Podlaska, Koszyki in Poland and Charles Square Center, Expolora Business Centre in Czech Republic, Mall of Sofia in Bulgaria and sources new business opportunities in the commercial sectors.
Previously in the Czech Republic, he provided office and industrial agency services and was involved in site acquisition and development activities. Guy is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
