Tomasz Trzós³o, Head of Capital Markets Team at Jones Lang LaSalle in Poland, is responsible for activities of the Polish investment team. He and his team advise clients looking to acquire or sell properties in the Polish property market. His responsibilities also include advisory in debt financing and structured equity financing mandates. Tomasz has 10 years' experience in the Central European capital markets, all spent with JLL. Since joining, he has participated in numerous investment and financing deals including sales, acquisitions, sale and leaseback transactions, development debt, investment debt or equity raising. |
