Jonathan Cohen
Director of Commercial Construction | Quinlan Private Golub

As Director of Commercial Construction, Jonathan has been responsible for overseeing and coordinating office and retail construction projects under development, including International Business Center, Wiśniowy Business Park Building F in Warsaw and the Forum shopping centre in Gliwice. In addition Jonathan's role extends to construction projects in South-Eastern Europe including the Mall of Sofia & Sofia Tower mixed-use development. Prior to joining Quinlan Private Golub, Jonathan was one of the 2 resident Managing Directors of Gleeds Polska. Jonathan is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Prior to arriving in Poland, Jonathan worked for 10 years in the UK for two leading Construction Consultancy practices. During his 10 years in Poland, Jonathan has been involved on a variety of office projects including among others Warsaw Financial Center, Rondo 1, Nordic Park, Microsoft House; retail projects including Wileńska Shopping Centre, Silesia City Centre and hotels including the Hilton and Westin in Warsaw.
