Stephen Pragnell
Group Director for International Relations | Apsys Group

A British national, born and educated in London, Stephen Pragnell has been living and working in France for more than half of his life.
After some years in the luxury fashion market in London and Paris, and a rewarding period in the airport retail industry, Stephen started his Real Estate career at Norwich Union, managing a portfolio of 6 Shopping Centres in France. After joining Jones Lang LaSalle France, he worked as Asset manager and retail consultant for Adia, DGI, EuroCommercial Properties, and Bouygues.
Since 2002, Stephen is with Apsys, first as General Manager of Apsys Polska, and now as Group Director for International Relations. In Poland, Apsys manages a portfolio of 17 Shopping centres for major institutional investors (GE, Heitman, Dawnay Day, Pradera, Oppenheim…) and their development achievements include Manufaktura in Łódź, one of Europe’s largest urban regeneration life-style and retail projects, and major projects in Poznań, Gdynia, Lublin and Wrocław.
In France, Apsys heads 15 active development projects. The group is now active in Ukraine, and in Russia.
Stephen is Chairman of the ICSC European Shopping centre awards programme, and a member and a regular speaker at ULI & GRI, as well as the founder, and the actual President, of the Polish National Council of Shopping Centres.
