Dennis is responsible for the management of Heitman's European due diligence and closing group. During his tenure at Heitman, he has participated in over €2.2 billion in transactions closings. Prior to joining Heitman, Dennis was the General Counsel of an American investment company focusing on private equity and real estate investments in Russia and the CIS. He has been in corporate, real estate investment management and private law practice specializing in real estate for nearly 20 years in the United States and Europe. Dennis obtained his J.D. and LL.M. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of California at Davis.
