Robert Dobrzycki started his career at Panattoni in July 2005, as managing director of the Polish division of the company. A year later he attained his current position of Regional Partner for Central & Eastern Europe.

As a result of the adopted strategy Panattoni Europe achieved the position of market leader in Poland and a high brand recognition in Central Europe within a period of only three years. Total new development completed by Panattoni in Poland and Czech Republic under the leadership of Dobrzycki has been 1.4 million square meters. He gained his experience in the logistics sector for 6 years at Menard Doswell & Company, where he worked as general manager from January 2003 until July 2005. Robert Dobrzycki is a graduate of Warsaw University’s faculty of management.

Both in 2008 and 2009 Dobrzycki was awarded the prize „Personality of the Year” in the CIJ Awards competition. In March, 2010 he was chosen “Industry Professional of the Year 2009” by the jury of the CEE Real Estate Quality Awards initiative. What is more, Panattoni was named “Industrial developer of the decade 2000-2010” for Poland in the Eurobuild Awards 2010.
