Javier Rubio Dominguez is the President of the Managing Board for Fadesa Polnord Polska. Javier has university degrees in Law and Diplomacy as well as postgraduate work in International Relations. Javier’s work experience includes being Secretary General of SEPES the Spanish Housing Ministry as well as being the International Advisor for the Spanish Housing Minister Member of the board of BILBAO RÍA 2000. Javier has extensive international experience including being the Managing Director of GROUPE FADESA MAROC in Casablanca (Morocco). He has implemented or participated in a variety of projects –both governmental and private in places such as Uruguay, Morocco, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Poland and Japan. Javier is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
