Based in The Netherlands, Scott is General Manager for the development activities of ING Real Estate. The portfolio includes numerous developments throughout Europe. Projects such as Allee in Budapest, Zloty Tarasy in Warsaw, Landquart in Switzerland, Uberseequartier in Hamburg and Le Terrazze in Le Spezia are some of the projects under his responsibility. Before joining ING Real Estate, he was Managing Director of Central Europe for Unibail-Rodamco, responsible for the acquisition, development and management of over 500,000 sqm of quality retail space in eight countries over 7 years. Prior to that he was a partner in TrizecHahn’s Polish development business which focused on Urban Entertainment Centres. He arrived in Europe 15 years ago to run a German based cinema company.
