Neil has worked in the CEE real estate market for the past decade. He moved to Warsaw in 1999 from Canada to serve as Colliers' Regional Managing Director in CEE until 2006. Today Neil is a Director in CEE Investment Services which has transacted over EUR 2bn in volume in the past 3 years. In 2009, Neil was responsible for the sale of Deloitte House (EUR 117mln), Marynarska Point (EUR 71mln), Turawa Park (EUR 70mln) and the Mayland Portfolio (EUR 236mln).
