She has over fifteen years experience in the property market. Since 2004 she has managed Arka BZ WBK Property Market Fund, i.e. at the moment 15 commercial and 4 residential properties exceeding PLN 1 billion in total. She has created and managed the Fund’s panel of experts made up of specialists in different sectors of the property market. Before that she worked as the Valuation and Investment Transaction Department Director in DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung. Her extensive portfolio includes valuations of office buildings and shopping malls for investors such as Heitman, Eurohypo, Hypovereinsbank Fund and Eastbridge. She also performed the valuation of the British embassy buildings in Vilnius and Minsk. From 2002 to 2004 she closed three investment transactions worth EUR 80 million. She assisted in the sale of three buildings to Akron. She worked with Hypovereinsbank Fund during the purchase of two office buildings in Poland. From 1993 to 1996 she assisted in the purchase of General Motors properties in Gliwice. Agnieszka graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in 1983 and holds M.Sc. degree in construction.
