Mirosław Januszko has been with AIB PPM since 2001. Since joining AIB Mirosław has held a number of key senior roles and directorships and is currently the Chief Investment Officer and a Member of the Board. AIB PPM is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIB Capital Markets Plc. AIB PPM is the investment manager of Polonia Property Fund LP (Euro 400 m) and Polonia Property Fund II Ltd (Euro 800 m). AIB PPM is one of the most successful Property Fund Management companies in the CEE markets. Mirosław holds Master degrees in Finance/Management and Civil Engineering and was one of the founding members of RICS Polska and served as their Vice-president, from 2003 until 2008.
