Kazimierz Kirejczyk belongs to the leading Polish experts on residential market. He is the Co-founder and President of REAS. He played an active role in supporting the birth and growth of the private residential development sector working from 1991 – 1997 in the Housing Finance Project Office created by The World bank and the Government of Poland, where he directed a team of consultants working with developers on preparation of housing projects. Mr. Kirejczyk is a 1981 graduate of the Warsaw Technical University's Faculty of Architecture, where he subsequently lectured on architectural history. His extensive direct experience in real estate finance was enhanced at the Wharton Real Estate Center of the University of Pennsylvania and at Bausparkasse Schwaebisch Hall, a German savings bank. Mr. Kirejczyk is Co-founder European Property Institute. Trough many year he was Foundation Counsel Chairman “Dom Dostępny”. Since 2009 he is also a member of Polish Association of Real Estate Market Advisors. |
