Joanna Kowalska-Szymczak MRICS is the Director of Investment, Land and Development at DTZ in Warsaw. She has been with DTZ since year 2000 and as well as several years’ office and investment agency experience, she worked as a consultant at DTZ UK in London. Joanna was involved in numerous investment transactions in Poland on behalf of international and local clients including AXA REIM, DEGI, BPH TFI, Europa Capital, Europolis, Oppenheim. She also completed numerous letting projects for prominent office properties in the city and she has advised key commercial developers active in the Polish market.
