Mr. Maguire began his career as the Regional Director for International Property Advisers DTZ, specializing in the logistics and industrial markets. Prior to moving to Warsaw in 2001 he spent 5 years with DTZ in Glasgow, UK, within the industrial and logistics team, and 2 years with CBRE dealing with all commercial markets. In 2007 he joined PointPark Properties (P3) as a Managing Director for Poland. Mr Maguire managed to build the strategy which has lead P3 to become recognizable as one of the key players on the Polish real estate market. Mr. Maguire holds a BSc degree in Land Economics from the University of Paisley and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor MRICS.
