After graduating Business Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam Jeroen van der Toolen did a project for Rabobank in Ukraine and Unilever in Moscow. In 1996 he started working for DTZ Zadelhoff in the Netherlands. In 1998 he joined DTZ Poland as agency director and in 2000 he was promoted to the deputy MD. In 2003 he joined Ghelamco as MD for Poland and in 2006 he was promoted as Managing Director CEE. In the last 5 years the company delivered office, warehouse and residential projects over 200,000 sqm and has over 1,000,000 sqm under development at the moment in CEE. This year the company delivered their first project in Ukraine.
