Jaroslaw Wnuk started his professional career at Maxon Nieruchomości at the position of Real Estate Consultant in investment department dealing with sale and purchase of various properties. In 2003 he started working for Platan Group in their Leasing Department where he was responsible for leasing space to office and warehouse tenants. During this time Jarek dealt with such clients as Toyota and BoConcept. He has been Head of Investment Department at King Sturge since 2004. He was involved in the property acquisitions and disposals Poland wide. Jaroslaw is a key representative of Aviva Central European Property Fund in Poland and has successfully purchased a number of properties on Fund’s behalf. He also cooperates closely with a UK based Dawnay Day and among others advised them on acquisition of Promenada in Warsaw. He deals with other institutional and private investors including: DEGI, SachsenFonds, iOG Teesland, Aggmore.
