Silviana Badea is Valad Property Group's Country Manager for Romania. VPG is a multi-let asset manager with an international network of local offices managing €4.5 billion (A$7.2 billion) with more than 800 assets in 14 funds in Europe alone. Valad Romania is managing on behalf of CEIF (Central European Industrial Fund) a 120,000sqm portfolio of industrial and office space. Silviana has started her Real Estate career in Colliers International as a Investment Broker in 2003. She is a Finance Major from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
