Since 1999 Mr. Ali Ergun Ergen is in Romania and developed the fist malls concept in Romania. At the end of 2005, Ali Ergun Ergen chose to go to Baneasa Developments in order to develop the largest commercial platform in Romania today. Ergun Ergen had taken the leading role in its development as the C.E.O of Baneasa Developments. Between 2000- 2005, Ergun Ergen had been in charge of behalf of the company to build the projects at Anchor Group, being General Manager. He has graduated the Istambul Tehnical University, has a Master in Civil Engineering, speciality Construction Management. He has also a bachelor of "Cooperation and Communication in Civil Engineering" and has graduated the "PMI& Earned Value Analysis"
