Laurentiu-Catalin Hanu has extensive experience and application in real-estate development within the Romanian market. He is managing the business administration activity and the dynamic real-estate development of the Romanian branch. Hanu has been with CTP since its beginning in the Romanian market (2006) after previously dealing with similar responsibilities within Porr Solutions. His former professional curricula included working as a technical manager for Raiffeisen Evolution. Hanu has a BA & Sc in Architecture form Bucharest University of Architecture and also Master degree studies. Member of the OAR the architects' chamber of Romania since 2002.
