Craig Maguire began his career as the regional director for International Property Advisers DTZ, specializing in the logistics and industrial markets. Prior to moving to Warsaw in 2001, he spent five years with DTZ in Glasgow, Scotland, where he was part of the company's industrial and logistics team. He also worked for CB Richard Ellis, focusing on commercial markets. In 2007, he joined PointPark Properties (P3) as a managing director for Poland. He helped build a strategy which has made P3 one of the most recognizable players on the Polish market. He holds a degree in land economics from the University of Paisley and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor MRICS.
