José Luis Moreno Alcaniz has been a Country Manager for Hungary since August 2007, but some of his duties and responsibilities concern Central and Eastern Europe as well.

Between 2001 and 2005 he was a Project Manger of Mace Management Services and coordinated works on different shopping centers owned by ING Real Estate in Spain.

After his first working years spent as an Assistant Architect at Brooker Fiynn in England and Senior Technician at Benoy Ltd., he became a Site Manager at Provensa in Madrid, then at General Building S.A. Mr. Moreno has more than 14 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. In 1986 he started his studies at the University School of Technical Architecture where he became a Technical architect. At Caixanova Business School he tookthe MBA 1st executive course. After that, he completed the MBA 2nd executive course at the ESEUNE European Business School.
