Jiří Prášil is preparing the redevelopment of the Bubny railway station site in Prague, Czech Republic. He has 13 years of experience in the Czech and Slovak Real Estate Market. Jiří graduated from ČVUT in Economics and Management at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in the Czech Republic. Later he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.
Prior joining Orco Group he worked for 6 years on MIPIM's award winning River City Prague project; another former railway redevelopment.
Later on he represented as a banker the interests of Berlin-Hannoverische Hypothekenbank AG for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Back as developer he was working on Senior and Board levels for PSJ Invest and Skanska Property.
