Participation in the conference may be cancelled up to 10 days before the beginning of the conference without incurring a cancellation fee.

 

Cancellations made from nine to two days before the conference date will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

 

Cancellations made less than two days before the conference date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
