John Verpeleti is one of the region’s longest-serving property practitioners, having arrived in Budapest in 1991 following a 13-year career in property in his native Australia. He is currently CEO of Skolglund Holding Ltd. in Budapest, as well as a member of Chayton Capital’s advisory board. He was previously regional head of Central and Eastern Europe for AXA REIM, responsible for the group’s activities in the region. Prior to this appointment, John was managing director of DTZ Central and Eastern Europe for nine years. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
