Simon Bayley has been with TriGranit for 11 years and is currently the Chief Development Officer. Recently he has been responsible for development in the CEE region where TriGranit has completed over Euro 2 billion of projects and has a further Euro 2 billion in its pipeline. Simon set up the Polish business of TriGránit where they have developed two of the largest award winning retail projects Silesia City Center in Katowice and Bonarka City Center in Krakow, both are part of larger multifunctional projects with office and residential components also. Prior to TriGranit he has had 10 years experience in finance, funds management and consulting. He has a Bachelor of Commerce, is a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and speaks Hungarian fluently.
