Anita has led the Colliers Retail DIvision since joining the firm in 1999 and now oversees a team of 6 professionals who handle all segments of the Hungarian retail property market, from Strip Malls to traditional shopping centers, Downtown High Street retail to out of town sheds, leasing, sales and consultancy. Tenant Representation has been an important focus of the Colliers Retail Team, having worked with retailers including Raiffeisen Bank, Alexandra, Orsay, Promod, C&A and Salamander to secure new premises, renegotiate expiring leases and more recently to obtain rent reductions. Among the more prominent projects of Colliers have been the Kecskemét Malom Shopping Center, Palazzo Dorottya and currently ORCO's Váci1 Shopping Emporium. Closest to Anita's heart has been developing the retail profile of Andrássy út where she has been involved in the majority of retail transactions on the street starting from the leasing of Pizza Marzano and Klassz restaurants through to GUCCI, Roberto Cavalli, and Alexandra's new flagship shop and café in the Paris Department Store. |
