Patrick Kirwan was educated in Yorkshire and began his real estate career with a BSc degree in Estate Management from the university in Edinburgh, Scotland. In 1992 he joined DTZ London, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and specialized in retail development. In 1997 he was asked to become the marketing and development Director for the Ofer Brothers Group, Central & Eastern Europe. Patrick left Ofer Brothers in 2000 and has since founded Newland Estates Ltd.
