Rita Tuza joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006. She is based in the Budapest office and is responsible for market research activities and industrial consultancy. Rita gained thorough understanding of the characteristics of the Hungarian logistics market and is also responsible for consultancy involved works. She is in everyday contact both with developers and clients and been involved with consultancies on new industrial projects. She prepares the quarter year reports for the industrial market and collects the quarterly industrial indicators as well, including the Budapest Research Forum figures. Rita graduated from the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Miskolc as an economist (MSc) with specialization in management and regional development
