Alan Vincent is a real estate pioneer in Central Europe having been based in Vienna and Budapest for the last eighteen years. Alan was a Director of Richard Ellis International real estate consultant in Vienna (1992) and founded REI Budapest (1994), then co-founded AIG/Lincoln in Hungary (1998) as Development Director. He founded ConvergenCE, his own investment and development company in 2004. In the last 12 years he has developed 240.000m2, investing approximately €270 million in landmark commercial real estate projects including Infopark I, Alkotás Point, Eiffel Square and ParkOne office buildings, M1 Business Park, Airport Business Park and Citypoint 9 logistics projects. Alan was also a founder member and examiner for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Central Europe for over ten years.
